As a general rule Buyer shall not be entitled to cancel Order once placed. Licenses once sold will not be cancelled. It is recommended to use a free one month evaluation version before making any purchase. Payment failure due to network or PC issues, if debited, will be returned in 5-7 working days. In such cases, Transaction charges will be duducted as per the refund policy of payment gateway(Razorpay).
